To celebrate the bicentenary of our club in 2010 the Royal Montrose Ladies’ Section has produced a calendar showing how golf has evolved in Montrose over the past 200 years.

The earliest photograph is taken between 1815/41 and the latest is January 2010.

The response to requests for golf related photographs was tremendous, and we must thank Angus Council, the Montrose Society and the public for providing us with so many lovely examples.

Due to the age and varying sizes of the photographs we enlisted the assistance of the graphics department at Astute the Printers, Forfar, who scanned the images and produced our calendar which is now on sale at £5 per copy.

Copes can be purchased at the Club bar.

Copies can also be ordered for delivery by post to United Kingdom addresses at a cost of £6 per copy (including postage and packing).
